Hotels choices in Italy

I’ve been looking for our accomodation hotel during our holidays in Italy. First, I have chosen the one which was just infront of the villa of George Clooney near the lake of Com; I tried to book our hotel rooms for that day via e-mail.

Two days later, I got an email from the hotel manager to informed me that they have been fully book. I have started looking around for new hotels that comply with my standards near by Torno. Torno is just along the lake of Com and twenty minutes to a small and magnigicient village of Bellagio.

Good thing, I got our hotel reservation and ready to take the journey and start to be relaxing trip. Chamonix way was awesome, the mountaneous road made me feel great and relaxing.

Finally, wes topped to grab our lunch at Martini. We enjoyed the trip passing by the Swiss borders.

The 65th Venice International Film Festival,

Organised by the Venice Biennale, takes place at Venice Lido from August 27th to September 6th 2008.

The aim of the Festival is to encourage the awareness and the promotion of all the various aspects of international cinema as art, entertainment and industry, in a spirit of freedom and tolerance.

A Spanish fortress of XVe

I advise you to highly visit this castle, the only representation of the Spanish rebirth in France.

It is in Salses, a small village of the North of Roussillon that draws up more than a good example; military architecture known as ” of transition”. It is the acts; a fort of a rectangular form (115 meters length on 90 broad) having a cylindrical tower placed at each angle.

The word pancake is a splendid word which evokes the joy and the festival.

To make the receipt of the pancake batter.
Trimming:
3 orange the peel of a butter orange 20g 1 spoon with sugar 1 soup spoon with soup of Cointreau
Buckling:
1 dl of Cointreau

Receipt:
After having let put back the paste during 1 hour, make your pancakes as fine as possible.
Peel oranges with sharp, detach the sections with the knife. In the frying pan, dissolve butter incorporate the 2/3 of the orange sections and the peel orange. Powder with sugar, make jump highly and pour Cointreau to scent.
