I’ve been looking for our accomodation hotel during our holidays in Italy. First, I have chosen the one which was just infront of the villa of George Clooney near the lake of Com; I tried to book our hotel rooms for that day via e-mail.

Two days later, I got an email from the hotel manager to informed me that they have been fully book. I have started looking around for new hotels that comply with my standards near by Torno. Torno is just along the lake of Com and twenty minutes to a small and magnigicient village of Bellagio.

Good thing, I got our hotel reservation and ready to take the journey and start to be relaxing trip. Chamonix way was awesome, the mountaneous road made me feel great and relaxing.

Finally, wes topped to grab our lunch at Martini. We enjoyed the trip passing by the Swiss borders.

I advise you to highly visit this castle, the only representation of the Spanish rebirth in France.

It is in Salses, a small village of the North of Roussillon that draws up more than a good example; military architecture known as ” of transition”. It is the acts; a fort of a rectangular form (115 meters length on 90 broad) having a cylindrical tower placed at each angle.

History:

The history of the fort begins in 1497, that is to say four years after the king of France Charles VIII restored Roussillon with the king of Spain Ferdinand V the Catholic. The history will retain especially after the fall of the fort, the French troops were not able to continue their offensives with the result that the fort which been able last once to play its part of monitoring.

Varenna is an Italian town of the province of Lecco in the Lombardy area in Italy.

The capital is Lecco. It is near Belaggio a very touristic place. Roads are very narrow and very foggy place because of the lake.

The Menaggio old man shelters a very famous artistic inheritance in the area. Do not miss the walk at the edge of the lake which will offer to you a special sight on the Lario center.

The first holiday makers had already discovered it at the beginning of the 19th century. From this time of large hotels and rich person villas started to be built.

If you want to take a little good time, please stop on the carpark of the Bellavista hotel. The superb terrace, the sympathetic personnel nerve and 66 Cl (4€) of a very fresh Poretti beer will make you the largest good

Menaggio is situated on the western shore of Lake of Com.
At the point where the road bordering the western side of the lake and the road leading through the Val Menaggio to Lugano meet. Its central position,makes
Menaggio an important and lively town. The town consists in a centre and three hamlets; Croce, Loveno and Nobiallo and has a total of about 3280 inhabitants.
In its historical centre there are various interesting monument which recall Menaggio’s importance through the ages.

In the 18th century it was discovered by the first tourists, and the grand hotels and luxurious villasdate from then.
