Dakak Park & Beach Resort in the Philippines Dakak is located in Dapitan, is on the northwestern coast of Zamboanga del Norte in Mindanao. Since 1963, the city is known for the Rizal Shrine where the Philippine national hero, Jose Rizal spent his last four years in exile. Its newest attraction, Dakak, is fast becoming a popular dive spot.
