Secret Paradise, Caramoan Philippines

  The “Eye on Caramoan” will be soon on the website this 2nd week of August. We developed features about ” the 64-Secret Paradise-Islets in Caramoan “. At present, people or visitors knew only 10 or 12 of them. The most famous is the Gota Beach and its closer paradise Islets.Actually, Caramoan is a God-gifted town with many nature’s wealth to include the town folks or the caramoanons, who are hospitable, polite and very respectful to visitors or foreigners. The town had produced at this time 17-parish priests, including one Bishop-Vicar of the province of Catanduanes,Bishop, Manolo de los Santos ( a very active and vocal CBCP member, when the issue is about community developement and people’s social-spiritual interest ).Many of them are found in diferent parishes and abroad as missionaries.One of the very first assemblyman in Bicol region V during the time of President Quezon came from this humble town, Hon.J Alvarez. The Richest-highest-quality GOLD MINE company before WW11 is Lahuy Island, having an airport built privately-commercially.The National Economic Council Secretary, and a very trusted person of late President Dadong Macapagal, came from Salvacion, Caramoan, Hon. Eugenio Padua ( maybe the reason why GMA spent a rightful-peaceful time in Caramoan.Her very good friend , late PRO-Bubby Dacer (parents) hailed from the place. The big MEN (before) in the postal office were from the town.The founder of the Satellite communication, Clavicilla ,in the Philippines, came from centro or Tawog. The right hand of the former 1st lady Imelda for the Philippine family planning program,Dr. Nilo Roa, who introduced caramoan into boxing sports,( remeber rush mayon )and the Japanese doctors for a visit. the truth tourism had started already during Dr. Nilo Roa ( an ex-mayor and the municipal doctor ). The El-Shadai founder’s teens period were spent in Maquida, barangay,(per informations). The following mayors did not made any focus on the subject ( except the time of mayor Francis Benemerito, who happened to be very close to the Villafuertes,Congressman and Governor ).Another, there was a “little-governor” from Gibgos, one of the close buddies to the congressman, founder-president of the Crane. Many top notchers in engineering,other careers, also, were caramoanons ( Oscar Senar, Florene de los Santos, the Ruizes,Alarcons, etc, pma-yers are also on the list, Col Agoy Baluyot, Capt.Boyet Culvera, etc.). Abroad, you can find them in all corners of the world ( THEY NEED TO BE SOLID to make caramoan more a stable town to become a city ). Because of having a bicolano NATURE-ATTITUDE ( mababait, mapagbigay sa kapwa,mapagtanggol ),85% and above, no one had attained the highest leadership of the country.
  At the present time, we should be grateful to LRay for his dynamic ( honest ) venture in introducing the town into more advance destination, as a Tourist spot….when, the EYE ON CARAMOAN.COM, will be opened in the website,more feature-characters of the sleeping natural wealth will be introduced ( as I said, there are 64 of THEM, only 12 had been on development)….I am just excited to make more informations ( comments ) about our beloved town.More inputs will follow, THERE IS NO PLACE LIKE HOME!.   My relatives are scattered all over europe. I want to visit them, if I got lots of $$$$$’s and also to see you..I have in England ( 1st cousins and nephews, Denmark, two sisters-nieces-nephews, plenty of them, I think around a dozens, Italy, they own a restuarant, In Germany, daughter in-law, works with a switzerland embassy,cousin and nephews….If I am still strong, I’ll visit them….I had a european tour last 25-years ago…I am from the south of Luzon ( Bicol ), I think you’re from the south of the Philippines. gOD BLESS YOU, tHANKS.

  There are now Hoobie Kayaks for rent in Guijalo Port of Caramoan and we can assist with transport to Bikal port where you start your Caramoan adveture as well as pick you & the Kayak up during the evening for transport to your hotel in Caramoan.

  It has been decided by almost producers-staff-directors-personnel of the International TV-Series-Survivors, Europe, Esrael, Middle East, and North America ( USA ), that Caramoan town had all the qualities they need in their production of this adventurous-jungle-like-Zafari tv-series-movie, to make their international viewers happy and satisfied. It is only in CARAMOAN !..therefore, the caramoanon natives should be happy of the opportunities it would create as by-products, such as employment, more guest-hotel-restuarant openings. With these business products, they should learn or be educated on the Caramoan for Environmental awarness, or the C4-Environment. It has been said, ” Cleanliness is next to GODliness “..They should be aware how the dirts and trash are keep properly to avoid future “problems in pollution ” as what happened to most tourism place of destination ( Boracay and other known places ). I wish the provincial government should be aware also, on the area of environmental protection-maintainance, aside to enjoyment and adventuring the natural beauties as gift of God. At least a protocol ( policy-procedures ) for the town’s revenue, or cut, this amount goes to the environmental awareness, as operational management. There was a neglect on this pp in the old MOA..
